Please join us in celebrating round two recipients of the National Association of Climate Resilience Planners (NACRP) Community-Driven Planning Fund: Del Paso Heights Growers’ Alliance, Gullah Geechee Cultural Community Trust, Movement Generation, Portland Harbor Community Coalition, and UCI Community Resilience!
The Community-Driven Planning Fund from the NACRP, a core program of People’s Climate Innovation Center, was launched in March 2024 and is dedicated to supporting community-driven planning processes governed by community-driven planners, organizers, and facilitators. These grants are intended to seed projects and resource planners, organizers, and facilitators accountable to frontline communities to advance a community-driven planning process. Round one awarded four grants to member-led projects. The latest funding round sees five additional projects awarded seed funding for their community-driven work.
